Why did you become a Physio?
I'm a big sports fan and growing up, I understood the frustration of having to take time off soccer and tennis due to injury. I wanted to learn about the human body and how it can be fixed or improved through movement, including improving technique and biomechanics and its role in preventing injuries.
What do you love about being a Physio?
I love helping people reduce pain and improve their daily lives without relying on medication. I love helping my clients get back to their daily activities pain-free while preventing future occurrences. My special interest areas are: Low Back Pain, BPPV (Vertigo), Cervicogenic Headaches & Dizziness, and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation.
