Allied Health Services in South West Sydney
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, remedial massage, exercise physiology and more — under one roof at 13 clinics, from Liverpool and Casula through to Winston Hills and Sans Souci.
One team, one plan, whichever service you need
Activ Therapy started at Chipping Norton in 1992 and has been treating South West Sydney ever since. More than 250,000 patients have been through our clinics in that time, seen by physiotherapists, chiropractors, accredited exercise physiologists and qualified remedial massage therapists.
Having every discipline in the same practice matters more than it sounds. A back injury that needs hands-on physiotherapy this month may need a structured exercise program next month, with remedial massage alongside it — and none of that requires a new referral, a new waiting list, or repeating your history to a stranger. Your practitioners work from the same notes and the same plan.
However you come to us, the appointment works the same way: a thorough assessment first, your condition explained in plain language, and dedicated one-on-one time with your practitioner. We do not double-book, and we treat the cause of the problem rather than chasing the symptom.
No referral is needed for any service on this page. We accept all major private health funds and have HICAPS on site so you can claim on the spot, and we work with Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans, workers compensation, NDIS, DVA and aged care funding. If you are not sure which service fits, call (02) 9726 4491 and reception will point you to the right practitioner.

Services offered at some clinics only
These need particular equipment, funding registration or a specific clinician, so they run at some sites and not others. The clinics listed under each one are the clinics that actually offer it.
Hydrotherapy
Warm-water pool-based rehabilitation for low-impact, pain-free movement and recovery.
Workers Compensation Physiotherapy
Expert injury management and rehabilitation for workers compensation claims, from initial assessment through to safe return to work.
Post-Surgery Rehabilitation
Structured, progressive rehabilitation to help you recover strength, movement and confidence after surgery.
NDIS Physiotherapy
NDIS-funded physiotherapy for participants, delivered by a registered provider familiar with plan-managed and self-managed funding.
NDIS Exercise Physiology
NDIS-funded exercise physiology to build strength, function and independence toward your plan goals.
What happens at your first appointment
A thorough assessment
Your practitioner takes a full history, examines how you actually move, and works out what is driving the problem before treating anything.
Your condition explained
You get your diagnosis in plain language, along with a realistic treatment timeline and what the plan involves — not an open-ended commitment.
Hands-on treatment, one-on-one
Treatment starts at the first appointment. We do not double-book, so the time you have booked is time with your practitioner.
Bring any relevant imaging, referral letters, your health fund card, and any workers compensation or NDIS paperwork. Wear something comfortable that gives access to the area being treated.
