Allied Health Services in South West Sydney

Physiotherapy, chiropractic, remedial massage, exercise physiology and more — under one roof at 13 clinics, from Liverpool and Casula through to Winston Hills and Sans Souci.

About Our Care

One team, one plan, whichever service you need

Activ Therapy started at Chipping Norton in 1992 and has been treating South West Sydney ever since. More than 250,000 patients have been through our clinics in that time, seen by physiotherapists, chiropractors, accredited exercise physiologists and qualified remedial massage therapists.

Having every discipline in the same practice matters more than it sounds. A back injury that needs hands-on physiotherapy this month may need a structured exercise program next month, with remedial massage alongside it — and none of that requires a new referral, a new waiting list, or repeating your history to a stranger. Your practitioners work from the same notes and the same plan.

However you come to us, the appointment works the same way: a thorough assessment first, your condition explained in plain language, and dedicated one-on-one time with your practitioner. We do not double-book, and we treat the cause of the problem rather than chasing the symptom.

No referral is needed for any service on this page. We accept all major private health funds and have HICAPS on site so you can claim on the spot, and we work with Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans, workers compensation, NDIS, DVA and aged care funding. If you are not sure which service fits, call (02) 9726 4491 and reception will point you to the right practitioner.

Physiotherapy

Get to the Root Cause of Your Pain

Our physiotherapists use evidence-based manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to treat a wide range of conditions. We spend dedicated one-on-one time with every patient — no double-booking, no rushing. Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment, explain your condition in plain language, and develop a personalised treatment plan focused on achieving your goals.

Workplace Onsite Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy That Comes to Your Workplace

Workplace onsite physiotherapy brings our physiotherapists directly to your workplace, so employees can be assessed and treated without leaving the office, warehouse or worksite. Rather than waiting for an injury to become a lost-time claim, our clinicians work on-site to identify risks early, correct workstation and manual handling issues, and treat aches and strains before they escalate. For employers, it means fewer lost-time injuries, lower workers compensation costs, and a healthier, more productive team. For your people, it means expert care that fits around the working day — no time off, no travel, no waiting lists.

What workplace onsite physiotherapy treats

Your First Visit

What happens at your first appointment

01

A thorough assessment

Your practitioner takes a full history, examines how you actually move, and works out what is driving the problem before treating anything.

02

Your condition explained

You get your diagnosis in plain language, along with a realistic treatment timeline and what the plan involves — not an open-ended commitment.

03

Hands-on treatment, one-on-one

Treatment starts at the first appointment. We do not double-book, so the time you have booked is time with your practitioner.

Bring any relevant imaging, referral letters, your health fund card, and any workers compensation or NDIS paperwork. Wear something comfortable that gives access to the area being treated.
