Why did you become a Physio?
I grew up watching and playing sports and always wanted to be involved in it. So when I knew that I would not be able to make it professionally, I looked into roles associated to sport. Physiotherapy stood out and I became more interested as I learned about the wide scope of clients that physiotherapists can see.
What do you love about being a Physio?
I love seeing the satisfaction clients have after successfully working together to achieve outcomes and fulfil goals, whether it be improving overall quality of life or returning to sports or work. My special interest areas are: Sports injuries (particularly knees and ankles), Cervicogenic headaches, and Acute and chronic injuries.
