Our Activ 4 Life classes are specially designed group exercise sessions for older adults and people managing chronic health conditions. Led by our Exercise Physiologists, these classes combine strength training, balance exercises, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun, supportive group environment. Classes run every Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 11am at our Casula clinic, your first class is free, and we put on coffee and tea afterwards so you can stay for a chat.

Class Details

Activ 4 Life for Chipping Norton Residents

Activ 4 Life runs from our Casula clinic — it is the one location that hosts the class, and Chipping Norton members travel in for it. It is a small group session led by an Exercise Physiologist, built for older adults and anyone managing a long-term health condition.

What a class involves

Each session combines strength training, balance work and cardiovascular fitness, scaled to what you can do on the day. An Exercise Physiologist leads every class and adjusts the exercises individually — you are not left to follow along at the back.

Do I need a referral?+

No referral is required to access our allied health services. You can book directly online or by calling (02) 9726 4491. Some services may attract Medicare rebates with a GP referral.

Do you accept private health insurance?+

Yes, we accept all major private health funds and have HICAPS on-site for immediate claiming. Out-of-pocket costs depend on your level of extras cover.

What should I bring to my first appointment?+

Please bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans), referral letters, your health fund card, and any WorkCover or NDIS documentation if applicable. Wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the area being treated.

Can I claim activ 4 life health classes on private health insurance at Chipping Norton?+

Yes. We accept all major health funds and have HICAPS on site at our Chipping Norton clinic, so your rebate is processed during your appointment and you only pay the gap.

Are Medicare rebates available for Chipping Norton patients?+

If your GP refers you under a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you may be eligible for up to five subsidised sessions per calendar year. Bring the referral to your first appointment and we'll take care of the claiming.
