What is Hydrotherapy at Activ Therapy Casula?
Hydrotherapy uses the buoyancy, warmth and gentle resistance of water to reduce joint and muscle loading while you rebuild strength, mobility and confidence. It's ideal for patients who find land-based exercise too painful, and is delivered under the supervision of our physiotherapists in a heated therapy pool.
