Activ 4 Life Health Classes Serving Canley Heights

Canley Heights takes its name from neighbouring Canley Vale, itself named after Canley Grange, the home built by colonial statesman Sir Henry Parkes. Today it's one of Sydney's most vibrant Vietnamese and Cambodian communities, reflected in its restaurants and shops. Canley Heights sits close to our Chipping Norton clinic, the founding home of Activ Therapy for over 30 years, where our physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists provide one-on-one treatment for back pain, headaches and sports injuries, with HICAPS on-site for instant health fund claiming.

Our Activ 4 Life classes are specially designed group exercise sessions for older adults and people managing chronic health conditions. Led by our Exercise Physiologists, these classes combine strength training, balance exercises, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun, supportive group environment. Classes run every Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 11am at our Casula clinic, your first class is free, and we put on coffee and tea afterwards so you can stay for a chat.
