Bardwell Valley is a small, leafy suburb formed in 1996 from part of neighbouring Arncliffe, centred on Bardwell Creek as it flows toward Wolli Creek past the Bardwell Valley Golf Course and adjoining Silver Jubilee Park. Our Activ 4 Life classes are specially designed group exercise sessions for older adults and people managing chronic health conditions. Classes run every Monday and Wednesday from 10am to 11am at our Casula clinic, your first class is free, and we put on coffee and tea afterwards so you can stay for a chat.
